Orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a second email once it ships.

We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee applies based on your location, as shown in the table above. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime by signing into your Pura Root account and visiting "My Orders."
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, courier network disruptions, regional restrictions, or public holidays. While these are outside our control, our support team will keep you informed and help resolve any concerns as quickly as possible.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to confirm your address and arrange a reshipment. A second shipping charge may apply if the original failure was due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Email us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
